A social worker, certified project management professional, and experienced "strategizer", Tiffany's passion is to develop actionable and effective strategies that advance purpose-driven work. With nearly 20 years of experience, she is committed to improving lives and transforming communities.
As Clinical Operations Specialist for Community Behavioral Health, Tiffany led operational changes that improved care across Philadelphia. Her work with the Johns Hopkins Medicine Armstrong Institute led to their successful recognition as a national leader in patient safety and quality. Leading multiple strategic portfolios at the Horizon Foundation, she managed public health and community wellness programs within the field of philanthropy.
Tiffany found her niche making systems-level changes to meet community needs. She redesigned operations to improve behavioral health in Philadelphia. She facilitated multi-hospital work to improve patient safety across Maryland and Florida. She managed nonprofit grants and community campaigns to improve quality of life experiences and access to care in Howard County. And she brings that work and commitment to her leadership at Ignited Strategies.
Tiffany's other passions include audiobooks, cabins in the woods, bargain shopping, and relaxing at home with her husband.
