A social worker, certified project management professional, and experienced "strategizer", Tiffany's passion is to develop actionable and effective strategies that advance purpose-driven work. With nearly 20 years of experience, she is committed to improving lives and transforming communities.
Tiffany helps organizations make system-level changes to better meet community needs. She leads strategic sessions, task forces and team retreats with sensitive, goal-driven facilitation. And she guides mission-driven groups in crafting, implementing and evaluating programs that practically improve the lived experiences of communities.
Tiffany has worked with MCOs to redesign behavioral health services in Philadelphia. She has facilitated multi-hospital workgroups to improve patient safety across Maryland and Florida. She has managed grants and marketing campaigns for nonprofits to improve access to care across the nation. And she brings that work and commitment to her leadership at Ignited Strategies.
